Patients may choose to receive appointment reminders, scheduling updates, intake follow-ups, care-related emails, and recurring care-related text messages from Nova Physical Therapy by checking the optional communications consent box on the intake form. Text message frequency varies based on appointments and requests, typically no more than 4 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of text messages and HELP for help.

Agreeing to receive text or email updates is not required to submit the intake form, receive care, or access Nova Physical Therapy services.

Mobile Opt-In Privacy

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are excluded from all data-sharing categories and will not be shared with any third parties.
