We care

Nova Physical Therapy

At Nova Physical Therapy, our mission is simple: help people move better, recover faster, and live healthier lives.

We provide personalized physical therapy services for individuals recovering from injuries, surgeries, motor vehicle accidents, chronic pain conditions, sports injuries, balance disorders, neurological conditions, and mobility limitations. Our experienced physical therapists develop individualized treatment plans designed to restore strength, mobility, function, and confidence.

Our guiding principle is "We Care." Every decision we make, every treatment plan we design, and every patient interaction is built around that commitment. We believe every patient deserves to be heard, understood, educated, and empowered throughout their recovery journey.

Personalized Physical Therapy Care

No two patients are alike, which is why every treatment program begins with a comprehensive evaluation. We take the time to understand your symptoms, medical history, lifestyle, daily activities, goals, and functional limitations before developing a customized rehabilitation plan.

Rather than simply treating symptoms, we focus on identifying and addressing the root cause of pain and movement dysfunction to help patients achieve lasting results.

Our therapists continuously monitor progress, adjust treatment plans when necessary, and provide the guidance needed to maximize recovery and long-term function.
